Blessings for a wonderful New Year!

Here are the highlights:

  • This weekend we THANK Sid D’Amico, our retiring Music Director, for more than 30 years of service. Please join us after Mass on Sunday, December 31st to wish him well in his retirement!
  • This weekend we will have a second collection for the Holy Land Emergency Appeal. Please see the special message from the Bishop on pg. 3.
  • Masses for Mary, Mother of God will be offered at 9am at St. Joseph’s and at 12noon at Sts. P & P (this is a correction to what you will see in the bulletin).
  • Sts. Peter and Paul is seeking a part-time Director of Music. See page 8 of today’s bulletin to find out more.
  • Sts. Peter and Paul Religious Store is open before or after Masses on the weekends but will be closed on New Year’s day. You can contact the store via email at [email protected].
  • The office will be closed through January 1st for the Christmas holiday. Daily Mass will still be celebrated Wed. – Fri. with adoration and benediction as usual.
  • The Middle/High School Youth Group will have their first meeting of the new year on Wednesday, January 17th at 6pm. They will have game night and pizza!!
  • The grades K-5 youth group will have their first meeting of the new year on Friday, January 19th at 6pm. Look for more information in next week’s bulletin.
  • Fun Day with Family and Friends is coming Sunday, January 21st at 12:30pm in the Hall. See pg. 5 for more information.
  • Our monthly Bake Sale is next weekend, January 6th & 7th. Thanks to all who donate goods and thanks to those who faithfully staff the sale each time!
  • The next Sr. Coffee Social is Wednesday, January 31st at 10am in the Commons.
  • If you have recently changed your email address or phone number, please send a note to the office so we can update the system and make sure you don’t miss out on any information we have to share with you.
  • Due to low viewership and equipment issues we will no longer be live-streaming the Mass.

St. Joseph’s News:

  • There is a 2nd collection today for the Holy Land Emergency Appeal. Please see the letter from the Bishop on pg. 3.
  • Mass for Mary, Mother of God will be at 9am on January 1st.
