Greetings!

Your bulletin: https://saintspeterpaulpalmyra.org/august-7th-2022/

Here are the highlights:

  • We have been experiencing an outage on both the phone and internet since last Friday’s front rolled through early in the afternoon. Because of the outage, we were not able to send the bulletin off for printing. There are no bulletins to pick up at Mass and online will not have the current bulletin.

  • Tuesday, August 16th at 7pm, Father David will offer a Mass for Prayer for Peace.
  • CCD registration will begin on Saturday, August 13th and continue for the next 3 weekends after Masses. The forms are also available on our website. (p. 4)
  • Parish Nurse News: Hepatitis is a group of infectious diseases, (to include Hep. A, B, C, D and E), that comprise the leading cause of cirrhosis and liver cancer. Over a million deaths occur each year, and 3 million new cases. Most people are unaware of their hepatitis infection until serious harm is caused by it. People over the ages of 18 should ask their health care provider if they have been screened for Hepatitis at least once, and if not, inquire about a screening blood test.
  • The directories are here! If you had your picture taken for the directory or submitted a selfie (with the $10 fee) then you may stop by the office during normal hours to pick up your copy of the directory. If you didn’t have your picture taken, we have a few overrun copies available for purchase for $10.
