Here are the highlights:
- Happy Mother’s Day to all of our fabulous mothers at Sts. Peter and Paul and St. Josephs!
- Vacation Bible School for preK4-5th grade will be available this year at Sts. Peter and Paul from June 19th – 22nd from 6-8PM in the hall. There is no cost involved and volunteers are still needed. The next planning meeting is Monday, May 22nd at 6:30pm in Mary’s room.
- This weekend is Mother’s Day weekend. We are having a flower sale this weekend to raise funds for our youth group activities. You’ll be able to get a single flower for $5 or a bouquet of 3 for $10. Thank you for supporting our youth.
- Senior Health Coffee Social on May 31st after the 9am Mass. We’ll talk about the “Fourth Quarter” of life. Bring a friend.
- Youth Group will start meeting every other Friday beginning on June 2nd, from 5:00 – 7:00pm in room 119 of the hall.
- The next World Youth Day fundraiser is a carwash on Saturday, June 3rd, from 9:00am – noon. Thank you for all of your support for this group of fine young adults.
- The parish Yard Sale begins with set-up starting on Sunday, June 4th, and continuing through the week. The event takes place on Friday and Saturday, June 9th and 10th. Please contact Cynthia Aycock if you are able to help.
- Parish Mission: May 25 – 27, 2023! Carrie McKeown, founder of Wings to Fly, is our guest speaker on the topic of the Eucharist and Family. She will talk about God’s Covenantal Love, Do We Really Believe? and God is Building Up an Army over the 3 day period. Opportunity for confession, Mass and adoration are also planned.

- Our next activity in recognition of our 140th anniversary is May 21st – Children’s Mass at 9:00am.
- There will no longer be a Thursday Mass at St. Joseph.
