Here are the highlights:

  • Now that severe weather has arrived, please tune in to CBS19, NBC29 or view our Facebook page for weather related closings. (p. 7)
  • Fr. Joseph Mary will offer a Blessing of the Throats on Thursday, February 3rd at daily Mass in recognition of the feast day of St. Blaise.

(If you are the head of a ministry or an employee, please make sure you schedule an appointment.) Please go ahead and do that now. • The Knights of Columbus are busy planning for the return of Fish Fry-days during lent. If you are able to help during any or all the dates please contact Doug Mullinex at [email protected]. (p. 7)
  • If you are in either building after normal business hours, please, please, please, be sure to:
    • NOT prop doors open (we cannot afford to heat outside of the building). (Please have someone be a greeter)
    • turn lights off (even if you didn’t turn them on)
    • return the thermostat to its original setting (if you adjusted it)
    • turn off/unplug the portable heater (chapel users only)
    • turn around and make sure the outermost doors have completely closed behind you. (Yank on the door to make sure it doesn’t open.) There has been more than one occasion where these doors have been found to be not securely shut all the way.
    • Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
  • Tax statements are on their way to you, thank you Pat Amato for your help.
