LET US SAVE A LIFE!

One of the activities that successfully colors the year at Sts. Peter and Paul, is the Yard Sale. It is planned and executed so well by our volunteer parishioners, and we raise a significant amount of money out of it. Last year it took place on May 10th and 11th, that was a month before I arrived here. I am told we raised $ 5800.00. And we used it to pay for our operational costs.

Unfortunately this year, because of the COVID-19, we have failed to host our much anticipated Yard sale! I feel so bad because we had hoped to raise some money out of it to buy two AEDs for the Church building and the Parish Center building. I also feel bad for the seemingly wasted efforts of our dear volunteers who had collected and put together several beautiful items, in the hopes of raising some money for our parish. In any case, I thank you for all your generous efforts. Special thanks to Ms Cynthia Aycock!

Several items are now on display in St. Elizabeth hall. If you can find time, please visit to pick out an item that may please you for any donation you can make.

Our goal is buy two units of AED, one for each building. Each is to cost us $ 1300.00.

I am also asking you kindly that if you can donate anything towards this cause, it will be greatly appreciated, and you will have contributed to saving a life. Let us save a life on our parish grounds!
